My E-Sim is not working

Contact the provider ZONG and ask them whether your iPhone is locked to their network. If they say yes then you can only use SIMs / eSIMs from ZONG. If they say no then contact Jazz again and ask them why their eSIM is not getting activated.

Thank you for responding mr Alex,
I haven’t use any other network then jazz & I have use jazz e sim before as well but since I have remove my previous data plan I’m not able to install any other plan & the error I have shown you is coming , & mr Alex I don’t know it’s carrier lock or unlock I have attach the screenshot please look & see if it unlock or lock.

Is your iPhone locked to a particular carrier other than Jazz? If YES then that is the reason you cannot use a SIM or eSIM from another carrier. If it is not locked to a particular then contact Jazz and ask them why you are getting that error.

I went to jazz headquarter they told me that esim is perfectly fine from our side their might me some other issue in your device they told me that you have to install a software for a esim. What to do next ?
Mr Alex should I purchase & try new esim from a different network provider ?
Mr Alex their is nothing contract of mine with zong it’s a prepaid sim & mr Alex I have already use jazz esim before in same device .

There is no additional software necessary to install for the eSIM to work. Your next best option is to contact ➔ Apple Support
