E sim issue

Hope you are well. I bought 2 jazz e sims but there is the same issue occurred. There is no scanning esim in my 11 pro max, screenshot is also attached to that the error is coming. Kindly guide me thanks in advance,

Perhaps the reply is in the warning message you're getting.

It looks like your iPhone cannot use an eSIM from that carrier. Contact them and explain your problem.

In addition to what ProustGiulio suggested, First of all why did you get different e-sims for the same number? One is a replacement you mean?

If you by any chance have a previously not removed e-sim follow the instructions below:


Erase your eSIM

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
  3. Tap the plan you want to erase.
  4. Tap Remove Cellular Plan.


Now TRY THE NEW E-SIM BARCODE.



Set up your cellular plan with eSIM

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular, then tap Add Cellular Plan.
  2. Do one of the following: ... 
  3. Tap Add Cellular Plan.
  4. If the new plan is your second line, follow the onscreen instructions to set how you want the plans to work together.


If nothing helps contact your carrier.
