In addition to what ProustGiulio suggested, First of all why did you get different e-sims for the same number? One is a replacement you mean?
If you by any chance have a previously not removed e-sim follow the instructions below:
Erase your eSIM
- Go to Settings.
- Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
- Tap the plan you want to erase.
- Tap Remove Cellular Plan.
Now TRY THE NEW E-SIM BARCODE.
Set up your cellular plan with eSIM
- Go to Settings > Cellular, then tap Add Cellular Plan.
- Do one of the following: ...
- Tap Add Cellular Plan.
- If the new plan is your second line, follow the onscreen instructions to set how you want the plans to work together.
If nothing helps contact your carrier.
