It’s supposed the mobile is waterproof, but I got some problems in front camera, keyboard, power key, what’s app , after it fell down in water today? What can I do to fix these problems?

Take your iPhone to Apple or an authorized service provider for diagnosis and repair.
No iPhone is waterproof. They do have varying degrees of water resistance, but Apple advises against getting them wet.

Sorry but no iPhone is waterproof. Let it dry out for a few days and see if it works. Most likely it has been damaged beyond repair and you will need an out of warranty replacement.
You may have supposed the phone was waterproof, but Apple never said it was. Here is what Apple says:

Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
