Wifi is unavailable?
Why cant i turn on my blue tooth or wifi ? ive restarted my phone multiple times, aswell as it restarting itself. I thought it was happening because i didnt update it in a few months. But idk why

Can you try to reset network settings.
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.
