I am getting this message "Cannot Reset Security Questions We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions." How do i get past this section so i can pair with my apple watch?

Trying to pair my new Apple Watch. I couldn’t remember answer to security question and now has locked me out and unpaired. Help please. Forgot security question. Was rerouted 3-4 times to my user name & password. Then asked me to change my password. I did. Went through this many times and has locked me out. And, I still don’t know answer to my security question.

Apple Watch to Apple Phone My Apple Watch has come up with the question too many passcode attempts and reset watch to I Phone. Not sure how to do this.
