Horizontal lines on iPhone se 2020 screen

I was in Instagram and suddenly these lines appeared on screen. I didn’t drop the phone nor it has any physical damages. Why this happened and what should I do?

I went through all. Maybe it’s a hardware issue. We are in lockdown and the warranty issued company is closed! That’s even my luck 🙂. Thanks anyways.
