Hello, I was using Instagram and my phone was fine then all of a sudden it got covered in lines. Any fix for this?

You can try a forced restart, but if it doesn't help, it's likely a hardware issue and would need to be evaluated at the Apple Store Genius Bar.
Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
