Delivered but not there

Hello good day, i had recently bought a new iphone12 it was delivered to the address and was said to be signed for by the name boswell however when i went to collect my product the employees are saying they didnt recieved a package.. Whats the case if my package had beeb stolen at delivery, would i get a new product or a refund of my cash?

I ordered an iPhone and have not received it No one was home when the order came so it was taken to the UPS pick up point. When I tracked the shipment it says that the items were received by me. I did NOT go to this store and pick up my phone, I was at work. I did NOT receive my phone from this store and I DO NOT have possession of this iphone 13. I haven't received my order package. I ordered iphone 13 pro and I checked delivery was completed, but I haven't received yet. The delivery company (UPS) said they lost my iphone 13 pro package. I made a claim, but they said still haven't found it. I'd like to request compensation from the delivery company. Please help me.

Iphone Delivered but not recieved I have order iphone 11 for delivery. after one of shipping, it said the the package has been delivered. The fedex tracking number said that too (that they left the product at the front door). But I found nothing at the front door of my apartment. I contacted fedex they are replying with automated voice and said the same thing over and over (that they delivered the product at the front door). I dont what went wrong. They even didnt ask for signature. I am at a loss. Even after paying, not getting the iphone has pissed me off. What kind of world is this.

If you bought it from Apple Online Shop, contact Apple support and explain your problem.

If you bought it anywhere else (physical Apple Stores or other resellers) contact those resellers.

What "employees" are you talking about?

Did you have it delivered to your place of employment? If so, take it up with management and/or file a claim with the shipping company.

You should check with whomever signed for it. Once delivered and signed, it becomes your property.

The apartment that i live on has its own mini post office that all mails are delivered too. Those are the employees that im talking
