How to lodge a report on a developer about “ unfair act “ ?

Dear Sir / Madam , 

Hi,

how to report about a game which is full of bug and unfair treatment with players and item disappear from game store .? I spent a lot of $ on War eternal game but now it is full of bugs. After every updates the game become full of bugs and never solving one. 

Recently : 2 days ago the developers awarded every player some resources and then after 1 day they deduct all the resources, all the items you purchased on that and lot of items disappeared from players items store. I have SS about everything and then apologise and left everything like that. This is unfair treatment will players and I regret that I spent a lot of $$ on it.

the compensation is just like 25% of items that they removed from my inventory.
