Deleted app appeared again.

Last month, I downloaded a game, played it in one day and then deleted it. I'm pretty sure that I deleted the app, not offload or remove from home screen or else. Yesterday, I downloaded another app, and it was all normal until today I found that the game was reinstalled on my iphone anh appeared right next to my new downloaded app. Is there a bug or my phone is hacked?
