I just bought a Sony-Bravia smart TV that had Apple TV preinstalled, I've tried logging into my account several times over the past couple days and I keep getting an alert that says "Verification Failed- There were errors signing you in. Wait a moment, then try again". Anyone have any advice or insight on how long I need to wait or what I need to do? I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times now.

Are you receiving a verification code on your trusted devices for your Apple ID? This is a six digit code you then enter when signing in, for security.
