Apple ONLY offers in/out of warranty device replacements.
An out of warranty cost for a replacement iPad, in lieu of actual device repair, will be $500 U.SD.
Apple will NOT give you ANY trade-in value for a broken iPad.
So, your only option is to pay the costs for an out-of-warranty, identical, refurbished iPad Pro of the same model you have now.

Purchase another brand new M1 CPU, 11 inch screen iPad Pro.

Purchase the largest internal data storage capacity you can afford as no Apple iOS device has expandable storage.
Also, purchase extended, two-year+, AppleCare+ warranty for this expensive iPad Pro.
Also, purchase a better protective case/keyboard case that does a better job of protecting that expensive iPad Pro and its screen.
