apple carplay icon on my navigation display doesn't show up

App opens but cannot add to home screen fly delta app opens when I search it but cannot add icon to Home Screen. It’s like it’s already open but hidden. Checked all Home Screens and none hidden. I can add the widget not the app☹️

On my Toyota car play is under ‘projections’ not ‘apps’ on the car menu screen
