Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! We understand you would like to know if you are able to share an AirTag with your wife who is using a different Apple ID.

Your AirTag is registered to your Apple ID. This means you would not be able to use it with your Apple ID and her Apple ID simultaneously. Since she has an iPhone, you can utilize location sharing with using family sharing:

• Share your location in Find My on iPhone
• Share your location with your family
