My phone is stuck on the screen with the apple and pushing volume up the down the the side hasn’t worked

Try pressing volume up, then volume down, then press and hold the other side button for about 12 seconds. This should force your iPhone to re-start.

What is the best next step if you have already tried that and nothing happens? I am still stuck on the Apple logo even after trying those steps multiple times.
