My mini doesn’t have a mail “accounts” button. How to set up new email

My iPad mini doesn’t show an “accounts” entry point to set up another email addy. How do I get around that?

Set up email account on new iPhone We are trying to set up a mail account on a new iphone SE. All the instructions say to open Settings, open Mail, then "Accounts", except the word "Accounts" is not there! (My SE 2020 is all set up, but I am trying to help a friend with her new iphone SE.
