How do I cancel a subscription via my settings if the company does not provide the cancel option via the iphone app

I am trying to cancel a subscription via itunes from my iphone in the settings option via manage subscriptions, sounds simple enough but the subscription option for cancelling subscription is not provided, how do I cancel a subscription for something I no longer require? - Musicmatch Premium
