Bluetooth connectivity issues with iPhone12 Max Pro and iPad Pro

I am having Bluetooth connectivity issues with iPhone 12 Max Pro and my iPad Pro. Both are updated to iPadOS 14.7.1 and ios 14.7.1 on iPhone.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. From your post, it appears Bluetooth isn't working from both devices. We'll do what we can to help.


Try all the steps here: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

I am having a similar issue and have tried all the methods suggested above. However the problem is continued. I just visited the Apple Service Center and they have asked me to wait for another patch to iOS 14.7.1 or try and do a Factory reset and then try.


I am on iPhone 12 Pro and the phone is not able to connect to any Bluetooth device (AirPods, Car, Smartwatch, other bluetooth speakers etc).
