Copy Link in my share menu Mac Notes doesn't display

Make sure the Copy Link is selected to show in the menu. Use these steps:

Click Share > Click More > Share Menu > Scroll down for Copy Link.

If the checkbox is already checked, then uncheck it.

Then restart your Mac: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac - Apple Support

Then, go back and re-check that box. Thanks.

Is your Mac controlled or managed by a school or business? Use configuration profiles to standardize settings on Mac computers - Apple Support

1. "On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Profiles.
2. If you haven’t installed any configuration profiles, Profiles preferences isn’t available."

If there is a profile, you will need the IT manager for the company or school to remove the profile.

If there is no profile installed, is the Notes app the only app with the copy link option not showing? What macOS version is on your Mac? Find out which macOS your Mac is using - Apple Support
