How do I select to watch an episode again using apple remote 4k

Go to a show’s Details page, there you will find a list of all episodes. Select one to watch that.
To get to the Details page, use any access method other than Up Next, as that will start an unwatched episode by default. If you want to access a Details page through Up Next, then click-and-hold a show tile, then select Details from the contextual menu.
