My torch or flash light is not working on my iPhone X .

My torch or flash light is not working on my iPhone X . My camera is working fine, I can also activate the torch or flash and increase the brightness ( it’s not greyedout) but it not reflect as the display on screen shows it’s on but it’s NOT.

i have reset all settings.
I have close camera and reopened
I have hard reset the phone
i have removed torch from control center and put back.
my software is up to date 14.7. 1

please help it’s urgent

Hi there

Im sorry to hear that your iPhone isn’t working as it should

This is a hardware problem. You have tried all of the steps that I would recommend to fix the issue, The phone will have to be taken in for repair.

If your iPhone is under warranty you should get a free repair or replacement

If your iPhone isn’t under warranty you will have to pay for repairs
