I bought a Smart Keyboard folio on Craigslist, and recently bought the apple care plus for my iPad Pro 11 with m1 chip. The SKF is wearing out, and I was wondering if the apple care plus covers the accessory if I don't have the receipt.

I don't see anything regarding the validity of the coverage based on the origin of purchase.
I just heard back from them.
they can and will cover it as long as I give them the original purchase date and serial number. Apple pencil is covered as well.

The problem is that you bought it used on Craigslist. You did not buy it new along with the iPad. And no, it will not be covered because of that.

I am not about to argue the validity of a legal document with you, so I suggest that you contact Apple. They do not insure items which were purchased used from a private party (not an authorized reseller or Apple).
