Blocking spam messages

Unable to locate how to block spam messages/iMessages. Received a text message, that also went to 20 other number, about a house cleaning job, paying almost $200/hour. Can't seem to find the way to block this unknown number/sender. I tape the message item at the top, and go to info, but no way to "block" is listed. IOS 14.7.1.

Block messages from a specific person or number

In a Messages conversation, tap the name or number at the top of the conversation, then tap. at the top right.
Tap info.
Scroll down, then tap Block this Caller.
