Is it possible to change the iPad’s resolution?
You cannot change the native screen resolution of the display panel. Your iPad will, however, scale the screen image to fit the screen.
Perhaps you could explain precisely what you are attempting to achieve? With the benefit of a greater understanding of your aims, it may be possible to provide targeted advice or guidance.

Is there a setting to change the iPad pro’s resolution. When going onto the site “whatismyresolution.com” it reports my iPad’s resolution as 834x1194 instead of the advertised 2388 by 1668 on apple’s website.
Tap on the link at the bottom of that Website where the disclaimer warning is.
That link WILL report/show your actual screen pixel density resolution.
Also, the last time that Website was updated/worked on was in November 2013.
May not be up to date to detect any more current devices.
Also, you cannot change the native screen resolution, like from 1080p to 4K/5K.
Screen hardware and resolution is fixed in Apple mobile devices and many other tablets.

The website may be inferring your screen resolution on the basis of your declared browser-agent. Be assured that your native screen resolution matches that listed in the specifications for your iPad.
I meant like changing the resolution to 1080p or so.
The website is showing you incorrect information.
