How to find photos options leftside bar in itunes in windows?

Hi,

How to find photos options lefts ide bar in iTunes in windows?

I cannot find photos option(iTunes) in my laptop. Its showing only music, tv shows ,movies, podcasts.

(OR) I need to buy iTunes ?

I want copy photos from pc to iPad using iTunes.

I need to buy iTunes ?

Please help me in this.

iTunes is free, there is nothing to buy.

What exactly are you looking for?

The option for Photos should be in the side panel after selecting the device at the top:
