Hardware Requirements:

Your iPhone model(iPhone 6) is incompatible with iOS13 and/or iOS14. That is because you iPhone does not meet the hardware requirements for this iOS version(s).

Because that is as high as an iPhone 6 can go. If you need iOS 13 or 14, you need to purchase a newer iPhone.
