I was sent this article to DFU my iPhone XR to remove Management (DEP)- https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263- but I need instructions to do this on a PC. Please help. I have the latest version of iTunes on my PC. My phone has been restored and iTunes options are Set up as new iPhone or Restore from a backup.
If that device is enrolled in the Device Enrollment Program, you can not remove it from management.
The organization that owns the phone must mark it as retired in their management system, then release it from Apple Business Manager (formerly the Device Enrollment Program).
If you purchased that phone used, either the company failed to do what they need to in order to release the device for use, or the device is stolen.
