What product do I use to connect a USB flash drive to my Thunderbolt USB 4 enabled Mac?

You would need a USB-C to USB-A adapter. Something like this one from Apple.

@tbirdvet - Good point! I actually use that Syntech adapter with my notebooks. Works great!
