Can we set both Face ID an Touch ID for iPad?

I just bought an iPad and I just set up my iPad with a Face ID but it’s hard for me to open it real quick as sometimes it doesn’t recognize me so I want to set for a Touch ID but I couldn’t find it in my settings so how do I set one up?
