It should be possible to print a single label, but there isn't one single way to do it. Additionally, the way you print a single label will depend upon several factors, such as the app you use and whether or not you have a template.

As an example, if you have a template from your label manufacturer, you can load it into Pages and type up as many or as little labels as you need: Create and manage Pages templates on Mac - Apple Support

Pages also has a built-in template that allows you to print addresses onto envelopes. This could be an option for single-use addresses in addition to labels: Use templates in Pages on Mac - Apple Support.
