I’ve been having issues with Apple Car Play disconnecting and not reconnecting in my 2021 GMC Acadia since upgrading my iPhone to iOS 14.7.1. Has anyone else seen this issue and/or have a work-around?

I'd also check to see if there might be a system update for the radio. I'm not sure how you can check ... but it might be in the manual.
It happened in my folks' 2020 Blazer. I unplugged and plugged in the phone again and it worked. From some experimenting, if I connected the phone before starting the car, it worked just fine. If I start the car, and the connect, it would stop after about 45 seconds.
