Hi there Shaneilya,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
It appears you're wanting to know if you can print out mailing labels using your MacBook Air.
Check out this article for how to print items using your Mac: Print documents from your Mac - Apple Support
Shipping labels should be an option when you choose "Advanced print settings" with the steps here: Choose advanced print settings on Mac - Apple Support
We hope you have a great day!
Take care!
Hey there Shaneilya,
It sounds like you may be printing from a particular app and only wanting certain sections of a spreadsheet to be printed.
What is the app you're currently using, so that we can get you the best next steps?
The previous instructions we provided, were based on printing a single document or printing label.
Thanks again for reaching out!
We look forward to hearing back!
I am using a paper Avery 1860 on MacBook Air 12.1.2. Here is what I am doing:
Select one name in Apple contacts.
Select file, select print, select label Avery Standard 1860 and that is when I run into the problem. I cannot insert the row and column for the label that is left on my label sheet. I could print one label if I always had a clean label sheet and used the first label every time. Somehow I am missing a step or Apple does not have that feature.
I hope I have not confused you any more than what I have in the last email.
Printer is HP Envy 7100.
thank you for your patients and assistance.
Hi there Shaneilya,
It appears that Avery has their own set of templates that they use for printing. Once you download the correct template for your type of paper, you will need to use Pages or another app on your Mac to add the information into the labels.

Thanks again for posting in the Apple Support Communities!
Take care!
