Hi I am trying to use my iPad and it is asking me to put in my password for Apple ID. Once I put it in it says there was an error connecting to the Apple ID server what can I do?

Try the Following:
A. Restart your Router:
Power off your router to 30 seconds, and then power it back on. See if it then works.
B. Restart your iPad:
Go Here: Restart iPad - Apple Support
C. Attempt Later On:
If neither of the above work, then perhaps there is an issue on Apple's side. So, place this aside for a few hours, and then try later on.
