Why my number is not showing in my phone settings
Why I can’t see my number on the settings (my number) ?
and is this problem related to the fact that I can’t use my number for iMessage??

Ensure that you have a working SIM card in your iPhone. If you can make and receive calls and you can get on the internet (Safari etc. over cellular data) then you have a working SIM card.
Open Settings ➔ Phone ➔ My Number : Here, if you do not see your number, then can you add it manually in the space provided?
