I see a Battery service recommendation error on drive with 10.15.7 OS and shows the status as normal and no no warning on drive with OS 11.4 Big Sur. So should I. be worried about the warning and take it services centre.

You saw an error that your battery needs service when you were using macOS Catalina and then you updated to macOS Big Sur and are no longer see that error. Does your MacBook Pro run on battery only for an acceptable amount of time? If yes then you can decide to wait for the battery service. If your MacBook Pro is more than 5 years old then the battery is probably not at optimal level. Open System Preferences ➔ Battery ➔ Battery ➔ (See any errors here? ➔ Battery Health (If you see such an option) : What does the Battery Health state?

I have two bootable drives, one on Catalina and on other on macOS Big Sur. On Big Sur I don't see a warning, but Catalina I see the warning. Yes, MacBook Pro is running on battery only for acceptable amount of time. And I see Battery Condition as "Normal".
Understood. You have the battery examined for peace of mind however I wouldn't get it replaced yet. Not sure why macOS Catalina warns about the battery and Big Sur does not.
