Disk Utility exit code 65
Can anyone tell me what this means?

Is this a New Issue and if yes - what changes have recently occurred. It it an Old Issue and if Yes, what steps have been taken to resolve it ?
Why was Repair Disk run on the external drive ? Was the external drive not functioning ?
Hi, thanks for your response. Happy to answer your questions but still would like to know what exit code 65 means.
Setting up new mac by migrating from old mac (which had external drive). Connected external drive to new mac and appeared to be working fine, I can access the files & directories ok. However, Adobe Lightroom could not access external drive, reporting permissions problem. Permissions on external drive set to read/write from root of external drive to directory Lightroom was trying to access.
Ran First Aid on external drive to see if there were problem. First Aid failed with exit code 65. Message appears to suggest that it could not unmount external drive
