Can you open your PDF documents in Apple's Preview application? Right-click on the PDF, and choose Open with > Preview.

Otherwise, you may be using an old 32-bit PDF reader and need one that is 64-bit for Catalina and beyond. Current Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

All my Pdf documents which used to open for reading are not opening. I am asked to see the developer for update or something.
