Hello, May you tell me a shortcut of pause the video recording screen on Macbook?
In general, I use a shortcut such as command + shift + 5 for recording screen.
I can only recording screen and stop recording it but i didn't know how to pause the video recording on my screen laptop. Please...!!!

I have a MacBook Pro with touchBar, I had follow your step but didn't work. When I do recording screen, I click the option key but at the TouchBar didn't see the button pause, i can only saw the button stop.

The fastest way to pause a recording (including screen recording) is: While recording press Esc to show recording bar. Then press Option Space to pause/unpause. If you have a MacBook Pro with TouchBar, touching the Option key at any window will replace the STOP button on TouchBar with a nice PAUSE button.
