Why does my 64g phone constantly run outta cloud storage of 1 TB
How do I transfer my storage from iPhone 11 Pro w/ 64g to my new iPhone 12 mini w/ 256g w/o a MacBook to back it up?

It’s usually internal storage that runs out, not iCloud. Apps can’t always directly use iCloud, and many have to at least cache some of the iCloud resident data locally, and that caching requires local storage. More generally, iCloud provides an easy place to offload stuff, and to share stuff, but iCloud doesn’t increase internal storage. That difference might or might not be familiar…

Here’s how to check available iCloud storage, if that’s what you’re running out of here:

There are various ways. If you should choose the Wi-Fi path (and not iCloud backup or a Microsoft Windows backup), make sure that the Wi-Fi network you use for the transfer here is very stable. This can be a lot of data transferred quickly, and ~flaky Wi-Fi networks and ~marginal Wi-Fi routers can burble.

iCloud storage is tied to your Apple ID, not to any particular device. You can use multiple devices for iCloud storage as long as you use the same Apple ID/iCloud account on all of the devices.
You don’t need a Mac to backup the old phone. You can use a PC running iTunes or you can use iCloud.

Once you are ready to transfer the contents from the old phone to the new one, this will be helpful.
