Phone is typing everything I say

Why is my iPhone S.E. 2nd generation typing everything I say in when I’m trying to create a text when using Google if I’m haven I conversation and texting at the same time my phone will write down my conversation please i can’t figure it out how do I turn it off for instance this whole conversation was spoken and my phone typed it all down I didn't use the keyboard
