Change Apple Watch from kg to lbs

This question has been asked before ….but the solution simple does not work.

How do you change the Apple Watch weight from Kg’s to Lbs…. And height from cm to feet and inches.

My iPhone is already setup in lbs/feet/inches.

There is no where to change it on Apple Watch …. And it’s not pulling the information from my iPhone 🤷‍♀️

Please fix this. Thank you.

iPhone XS, iOS 14

I'm having the same problem. I only got my Apple Watch a couple of days ago and have spent the last hour trying to change the height and weight units on the watch. I’ve never had a problem with these units on my phone.

I'm in the UK so it’s not just Canada that is affected.

I'm glad that I found this thread as I was beginning to think that I was the only person with this problem. I will be keeping an eye on it to see if a resolution appears.

Where is your iPhone already setup in lbs/feet/inches? Changing the height and weight settings are done in the Health app on the iPhone.

Go to the Health app, go to Summary, check All Health Data, go to Weight, scroll down and you can see lbs. Same with height, tap on it, scroll down and set feet.
