Restrict safari whilst allowing Netflix
My 7 year old’s iPad needs restrictions enabled, but when I do that, she can’t access the Netflix app. How can I enable restrictions on safari whilst still allowing access to Netflix?

We understand that you’d like to enabled restrictions for specific apps on your child’s device. We’d like to help.
We see that you’ve already checked out Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
To restrict specific apps, from the Settings app, tap Screen Time and then tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. In this section, you should see the sections for “Allowed Apps” and “Content Restrictions” when you can control those settings.
There may also be settings within the Netflix app to restrict content and usage which you would control in the app. If you have questions about that, we would suggest contacting the app developer. Here’s How to contact an app developer.
