Iwatch 5 dies 2 minutes after fully charged!

My series 5 watch is 1 year old. Recently I fully charged it, went for a run and it died at 23 minutes into my run. I fully charged it again and restarted it and removed it and reinstalled it on my phone, went for a run and it last 2 minutes before dying. What is going on?

Hi there

I’m sorry to hear that your Apple Watch isn’t working as it should

it appears that there is a problem with the apple watch’s battery, and it needs to be replaced. But it could also be a problem the Apple Watch itself. Or the battery is defective. You have already tried all of the steps I would recommend to fix the problem.

if your Apple Watch is still covered by the warranty you should be able to get a free replacement or repair

if your Apple Watch is not covered by the warranty you will have to pay for repairs

I hope this helped
