Watch won’t pair

Series 2 watch won’t pair,nor will it just be a watch

You MUST pair the watch with an iPhone in order to be able to use it. What version of iOS is on your iPhone? I'm not sure, but I believe a series 2 watch will not pair with an iPhone running iOS 13 or newer. The best way to get this resolved may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at your watch & iPhone:
