I have a MacBookAir2017 that i bought second hand is there any way its still under warranty or has coverage of some kind? if not is there a way for me to insure all of my devices?
Generally for electronics, if an extended warranty was not purchased at the time of sale, there are no alternatives to get any, especially with a 4 year old computer.
If you search the web and do find one, the yearly cost will likely be quite high compared to what the computer is actually worth.

The warranty from Apple is one year from the original date of sale and follows the device itself, not the buyer.
If it's over a year old, the warranty is expired. You can not add AppleCare+ coverage after the warranty expires.
