blue box upper right corner on apple TV while streaming - temporarily appears then goes away. help please!

how do i turn off a blue box that appears with some general info briefly during streams on apple tv? anyone else see this? it happens about once or twice during a show. it says something like series type, drama, comedy, etc. it's on for just a few seconds and then goes away. i've gone thru all accessibility settings and turned off anything remotely that could relate. Its happened during disney plus shows and apple tv+ shows so far. I think netflix too.
