Hi there

im sorry to hear that your iPhone isn’t working as it should

If you do have a SIM card installed then follow this guide to see if you can fix the problem:https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201420

in the guide it shows you how to remove the SIM card tray. You insert the SIM card in the SIM card tray then put it in the iPhone.

If that doesn’t help then there is something wrong with your iPhone and it needs to be repaired

if your iPhone is covered by the warranty you should be able to get a free replacement or repair

if your iPhone is not covered by the warranty you will have to pay for repairs.
