I screwed up my Contacts & 1Password on my MacBookPro!

However both apps are still correct on my iPhone!

How can I fix this by getting the correct items from iPhone to MacBook Pro?

Unlike some Android devices, contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

I'll have to check with 1Password to solve the rest.
