Headset makes high pitch noise when in Boot camp

Whenever I restart my MacBook Pro (15in, 2017) into Boot camp and plug in my headset, there is a loud high pitched ringing sound. I can hear sounds under the noise, but barely. My headset works when plugged into the apple side. My AirPods also work when on the windows side, but I would prefer to use my headset and plug it in. I have tried updated the driver and Windows but I have found no luck.

The June 21, 2021—KB5003690 patch was superseded by July 29, 2021—KB5004296. Can you apply KB5004296? Please create a System Restore point before you do. In Windows Settings, under About, can you post the W10 release that you are currently running?

June 21, 2021—KB5003690 (OS Builds 19041.1081, 19042.1081, and 19043.1081)

July 29, 2021—KB5004296 (OS Builds 19041.1151, 19042.1151, and 19043.1151)

It would be interesting if Windows did not carry the patch to the newer build.

You may want to ask in the Microsoft Windows forums about the patches. Microsoft seems to have missed this specific issue.
