“You left this conversation” types of errors?

My iphone 6 is giving me "you left this conversation" in two different instances: First: when I have NOT left a conversation, and

second; when i didn’t even receive any texts from that particular group at ALL.

ALL the “you left this conversation” designations begin 7/12, through July, and occur often, more than once daily and a few minutes apart.
